With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, I have honed my skills through extensive experience in culinary arts, including roles as a pastry chef and sous chef. Fifteen years ago, I embarked on a new journey, establishing my own personal chef business. This transition allowed me to offer bespoke services, from in-home dining experiences to public events and my own live cooking show, The Chef Todd Show. Notably, I have also had the honor of being a guest chef at the Chicago Flower Show and continue to host regular episodes of The Chef Todd Show at MESA Collaborative Kitchen in New Albany, IN.

My ambition extends beyond traditional culinary roles, as I strive to bring my unique brand of cooking to television. My vision encompasses a blend of cooking, gardening, travel, and culinary explorations to renowned destinations, along with hosting gatherings for garden enthusiasts from across the country. This pursuit reflects my commitment to not only showcasing exceptional culinary talent but also sharing the joy of gourmet experiences with a broader audience.
